This is your gateway to all EvriChart services. Client Portal account offers secure, anytime, anywhere access to your EvriChart account, including record requests, hosted records, MPI analysis reports and RAC uploads.  All you need is a web browser and you are ready to navigate our easy to use Portal interface. Portal is the one stop for all your communication needs. Portal enables you to:

• Review a complete inventory of your medical records
• Request your medical records via secure ClientPortal interface
• Further request only the parts of the record needed (H&P, DCS, Op note, etc.)
• View and download requested or hosted medical records
• Make corrections to your MPI analysis and report
• Download forms and key documents
• Sign key documents electronically
• Manage user accounts and set specific permissions for users
• Communicate with your department via our “News” section
• Provide feedback and suggestions for features and improvements to EvriChart
