Chief Operating Officer
John King is the Chief Operating Officer of EvriChart, Inc. With over twenty years of document management, healthcare and pharmaceutical management experience, John has overseen the product and business development at EvriChart. EvriChart has evolved from providing medical record storage, scanning and conversion for hospitals and clinics, to offering a suite of new custom health information services. These services include master patient index analysis and clean up, secure data hosting, legacy system data conversion, HL7 data transfer and several unique medical record management plans, several with patent pending status. John’s experience in project management, physician relations and HIM consulting make him the driving force behind EvriChart’s continuing dedication to health information. John has particular interest in all matters related to HITECH compliance and sees these changes in privacy and security law as an ongoing focus for both EvriChart and its customers.

Tony’s twenty years in IT includes nine years of document imaging experience. Previous to joining EvriChart, Tony was a private consultant specializing in healthcare management software for physician practices. With contributions to Linux and open-source software, his expertise has allowed us to build a technical team to expand the services we offer our clients into custom data conversion and unique solutions.

Office Manager
With an extensive background in sales, accounting and training, Susan brings her detail oriented outlook to EvriChart in her role of office manager. Providing human resources, customer service and much more, Susan is the voice on our end of the phone with directors and HIM staff regarding any records inquiries or support.

With 18 years of healthcare management experience, Pat co-founded The HCR Companies, providing a broad spectrum of coding, management and audit services for hospitals nationwide. Pat’s experience and connection with the healthcare industry provides a valuable sense of direction and insight to EvriChart.

Chief Financial Officer
With 22 years of experience in healthcare management, Gayle co-founded The HCR Companies and founded Search Source Inc., a healthcare job placement service. Gayle’s roots in small business development values continue to guide the growth of EvriChart.
